Ignatius of Antioch, Epistle to the Magnesians 8
Do not be led astray by teachings that go another way, or by old myths that are good for nothing. If we are still living by Judaism to this day, we are admitting that we have not received grace.
The most godly prophets lived by Christ Jesus. That is why they were persecuted. His grace breathed in them, so that those who would not obey might be fully convinced that there is one God. He has made himself known through Jesus Christ, his Son, who is his Word, come forth from silence, and who in every way pleased the One who sent him (John 8:29).

Μὴ πλανᾶσθε ταῖς ἑτεροδοξίαις μηδὲ μυθεύμασιν τοῖς παλαιοῖς ἀνωφελέσιν οὖσιν. εἰ γὰρ μέχρι νῦν κατὰ Ἰουδαῖσμὸν ζῶμεν, ὁμολογοῦμεν χάριν μὴ εἰληφέναι.
οἱ γὰρ θειότατοι προφῆται κατὰ Χριστὸν Ἰησοῦν ἔζησαν. διὰ τοῦτο καὶ ἐδιώχθησαν, ἐνπνεόμενοι ὑπὸ τῆς χάριτος αὐτοῦ, εἰς τὸ πληροφορηθῆναι τοὺς ἀπειθοῦντας, ὅτι εἶς θεός ἐστιν, ὁ φανερώσας ἑαυτὸν διὰ Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῦ υἱοῦ αὐτοῦ, ὅς ἐστιν αὐτοῦ λόγος ἁπὸ σιγῆς προελθών, ὃς κατὰ πάντα εὐηρέστησεν τῷ πέμψαντι αὐτόν.
